RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

2. Personalised Products

All of our fridge magnets are made to order using the image you upload at the time of purchase.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, personalised goods made to a customer’s specifications are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period.

As a result:

  • You do not have the right to cancel your order once production has begun.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • We cannot offer refunds if you are unhappy with the image you selected or provided.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

Please ensure all images, spelling and cropping are correct before completing your order.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Not as described
  • Incorrectly printed due to our error

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

We may offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of agreement.

4. Image Quality Disclaimer

We print images exactly as uploaded.

We are not responsible for:

  • Low resolution images
  • Blurry or pixelated photos
  • Poor lighting in supplied images
  • Cropping issues where the uploaded image does not fit the selected format

Due to the production process, a small portion (approximately 5–10%) of the outer edge of the image may be cropped. This is normal and does not constitute a fault.


By placing an order, you confirm that the image you upload is suitable for printing.

5. Incorrect Delivery Details

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • Processing will occur within 14 days
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
